These terms govern your access to and use of PBJ — Plan Build Journey. By accessing or using PBJ, you agree to these terms.
Using PBJ
You may use PBJ only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the activity in your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and keeping your authentication credentials secure.
Accounts and access
Some features require a connected GitHub account or another supported sign-in method. You must have authority to connect any account, repository, wallet, project, or other resource you add to PBJ. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Onchain activity
PBJ can display and organize information related to Solana programs, wallets, transactions, and treasury activity. Blockchain transactions are public, irreversible, and controlled by their respective networks—not PBJ. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details and protecting wallet keys before taking any onchain action.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to PBJ. You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights required to provide it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse PBJ, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written authorization, upload malicious code, violate the rights of others, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Third-party services
PBJ may connect to services such as GitHub, wallet providers, RPC providers, analytics tools, or other integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes to their availability.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as PBJ develops. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Beta features may change and may be less reliable than generally available features.
Intellectual property
PBJ and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Disclaimers and liability
PBJ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. PBJ does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBJ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or losses caused by third-party or blockchain services.
Termination
You may stop using PBJ at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect PBJ, its users, third parties, or to respond to a violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as PBJ evolves. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate channel. Continuing to use PBJ after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
